PRODUCT CENTER
G60 is the coating grade of steel sheet after continuous hot dip plating process. G represents the "galvanized" or galvanized layer of the product. The number 60 refers to the thickness of the zinc around the steel sheet or the thickness of the entire double-sided coating. To get the amount of galvanizing on one side, you need to divide this number by two. Galvanized steel sheet G60 is coated with molten zinc. After the continuous coating process at a speed of 600 feet per minute, the excess zinc on the steel plate is removed by high-pressure air. This is in order to produce the desired coating thickness. After cooling, the sheet is rolled into a roll, ready for manufacturing.
AZ55 aluminum zinc plated steel coil is coated with 55% aluminum zinc alloy by hot dip plating process. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in various applications, such as the automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, construction industry, etc. In addition to being an excellent outdoor material, AZ55 aluminized zinc steel coil also has many other advantages. For example, it can be used for electrical equipment manufacturing or decoration, such as fences. In addition to these uses, this steel can also be used in various industrial applications because of its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc plated steel plate is also called aluminum-zinc plated plate, aluminum-zinc plated natural color plate, aluminum-zinc plated fingerprint resistant plate and aluminum-zinc plated light plate. As the surface coating of the plate is an alloy composed of aluminum, zinc and other trace elements, it has outstanding corrosion resistance and gradually replaces galvanized plate. Aluminum-zinc plated plate is mainly used for steel structure roof, wall surface, switch cabinet body and household appliance board.
The thickness of AZ150 coating is 18 microns on one side and 36 microns on both sides. The coating alloy of the steel consists of 55% aluminium, 43.4 zinc and 1.6 silica. This coating of steel acts as a passive barrier to general corrosion. Once the sheet is exposed to electrolyte or moisture, another coating may form a galvanic cell. This exposure results in spillage of zinc ions and corrosion protection of the exposed steel. It also helps protect steel from trimmed edges and scratches.
Color Coated Galvanized Steel Sheet PPGI
Color-coated galvanized sheet PPGI is based on hot-dip galvanized sheet, electro-galvanized sheet, etc. as the substrate, after surface pretreatment, roller coating method, coated with one or more layers of liquid coating, after baking and cooling, the surface is rich in color, has good weather resistance, superior processing performance. Color coated board can be divided into ordinary PE, high corrosion resistant HDP, high corrosion resistant silicon modified polyester SMP, high corrosion resistant fluorocarbon PVDF, super corrosion resistant nano fluorocarbon PVDF, aluminum magnesium manganese color coated board, printing color coated board, etc.
Color Coated Galvalume Roof Sheet PPGL
PPGL roof panels are an excellent building material. Its weight is only 1/30 of the traditional concrete roof, which is easy to install and greatly shortens the construction period. It also maintains the strength and durability of the steel, allowing it to last more than 25 years under normal conditions. In addition, it is beautiful and generous, with various colors, patterns and patterns, which can meet different architectural styles. More importantly, PPGL steel has excellent heat resistance, which makes it an ideal roofing material even in hot climates. Whether it is home or investment, PPGL roof panels will be a good choice.
Color Coated Galvanized Steel Coil PPGI
PPGI coil is a popular material. It is based on hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or electro-galvanized steel sheet (galvanized layer) and is coated with multiple organic coatings to prevent it from rusting. Used for roof panels, wall panels, furniture, household appliances, auto parts, etc. It maintains the strength of galvanized steel, while its organic coating provides a variety of colors and attractive appearance.
Color Coated Steel Coil for Household Appliances
The color coated steel plate for household appliances has good processing performance and decoration performance. It is widely used as the front panel, side panel, rear panel and inner panel of household appliances. Due to its rich colors and high production efficiency, color-coated steel plates are widely used in exterior walls, roofs, interior decoration, doors and windows, etc. They are also very popular in transportation, home appliances and other fields. The home appliance color coated steel plate uses a special finish to make the surface shiny. The front panel is coated with high molecular linear oil-free polyester resin, and the rear panel is coated with modified epoxy coating.
